About Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM)
Gemini Notebook is an AI research assistant powered by Google Gemini that transforms your documents (meeting notes, PDFs or slides) into a personal knowledge expert. You can ask complex questions, summarize huge files and instantly generate outlines for reports, with the AI only using your uploaded content to ensure accurate, focused results.
Access and Requirements
Agencies decide if Gemini Notebook will be available to their employees. Please contact your IT Director to confirm whether your agency is using Gemini Notebook.
To receive access to Gemini Notebook, you must first get access to Gemini
Because Gemini Notebook leverages the same underlying AI technology as the Gemini app, your account must first be enabled for Gemini access.
Request Google Gemini Advanced in the ServiceHub Customer Portal
Complete required Responsible AI training (refer to Required Gemini Advanced Training section).
Once access is granted, you can begin using Gemini Notebook at notebooklm.google.
