About the Training
The training is designed to support the safe and responsible exploration and use of GenAI in day-to-day work through hands-on activities. The curriculum design, brought to you in partnership with InnovateUS, is informed by national workshops with federal, state, industry and academic leaders. Training for OIT Employees
Before requesting Google Gemini Advance in the ServiceHub Customer Portal, you must take the required Responsible AI for Public Professionals: Using Generative AI at Work training available in the State of Colorado Learns (SOC Learns) Training Portal.

Training for Employees of All Other Agencies
Agencies will decide if Gemini Advanced will be available to their employees. For agencies that elect to use Gemini Advanced, the training will become available to their employees on an agency-by-agency basis. Agencies can use one of several other learning management systems. Please contact your Director of Technology or Product Director for more information about your agency's training.

NEW Gemini Advanced AI Transcription Meeting Guidelines: The State's recommended ways to use Gemini AI for meeting transcription in Google Meet. Since transcripts are automatically saved to Google Drive and must follow organizational retention rules and CORA, they should be handled carefully. This document explains when to use transcription, how to stay compliant and how to keep data safe. The statements in the document have been approved by the Governor's Office.

Click on your preferred session topic, date and time.
Click the + Copy to my calendar link in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Click the Save button on the invite.
