OIT employees: before requesting a Google Gemini Advance license in the ServiceHub Customer Portal, you must take the required Responsible AI for Public Professionals: Using Generative AI at Work training available in the State of Colorado Learns (SOC Learns) Training Portal.

Follow these steps to add Gemini Advanced training to your Calendar.
Click on your preferred session topic, date and time.
Click the + Copy to my calendar link in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Click the Save button on the invite.
