This milestone marks a significant achievement in IT service delivery for our state, showcasing a year of enhanced efficiency and support through the innovative capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Our original goal was to create an integrated system that simplifies technology service delivery and enhances IT management—and we are incredibly proud of the results we've seen over the past year.
Reflecting on our journey, the positive impact of ServiceHub is evident in the impressive metrics we've achieved since its rollout. Over the past year, the state has opened 186,272 incidents—outstandingly, 181,643 have been successfully resolved! In addition, we've processed 121,472 requests, with a gratifying 117,693 closed. Our team has initiated 5,714 changes (RFC) and created 3,627 knowledge articles to empower our users.
Engaging directly with our community, we've held 4,334 active chats, confirming our dedication to prompt and effective support. We're excited to see 54,936 active requesters benefiting from the streamlined processes we've established.
