General Information
With UKG Workforce Central’s engineering support ending in 2025, some agencies need to plan their transition to UKG Dimensions.
Workforce Central (UKG) will shut down on Dec. 31, 2025, and users won’t be able to access the application after this date.
When migrating from Workforce Central to UKG Dimensions, it’s important to note that specific historical data, like timecards and schedule history, won’t transfer.
UKG clocks used in WFC can be carried over. InTouch DX time clocks are compatible with UKG Dimensions.
